Anlima Yarn Dyeing approved 2pc cash dividend: The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Anlima Yarn Dyeing Limited held on Monday through virtually. Chairperson of the Company Hubbun Nahar Hoque presided over the meeting. The AGM declared 2percent cash dividend for its shareholders, said a press release. Mahmudul Hoque, Managing Director, M. Abul Kalam Mazumdar, Chief Financial Officer and a large number of shareholders attended the meeting and briefed about performance of the company for the year 2020-21. Shareholders appreciated the efforts of the management and thanked them for rendering their valuable services. The meeting also adopted the annual accounts and Directors report of 2020-21 and appointed statutory auditors and Corporate Governance compliance auditors for the year 2021-22.
