Ankhi Alamgir is such a popular singer who has to be engaged with stage shows round the year at home and abroad. On April 14, 15 and 19 she took part in three countries – Paris, Vienna and Oman respectively with the invitation from expatriate Bangladeshis there.
After returning country she again became engaged with stage performances. On April 25, she performed in a stage show at EBL Night in the city’s RAOWA Club. She also gave her voice for a play-back song of a movie. On April 28, she will take part in another show in Rangpur.
While talking about her engagement with various stage shows Ankhi told this correspondent, “It is really Allah’s blessing that I have to be engaged with stage shows round the year. I successfully performed in Paris, Vienna and Oman. Audience became excited joyfully during my performance but I fully concentrated to my performances. I am grateful to them who invited me to perform in stage shows.”
“Basically in stage show, I little bit perform slowly pace song. But the song with Asif Bhai Tiptip Brishti had to perform outside the country’s shows,” she also said.
Ankhi also informed that she will visit London, Qatar, Korea and Malaysia to perform in different stage performances soon.
