Anita Haque, Chairman of Paramount Textile Limited, presiding over its 13th AGM for the year ended on 30th June at Spectra Convention Centre in the city on Monday. The AGM approved 7 per cent cash and 9 percent stock dividend for its shareholders. Shakhawat Hossain, Managing Director and other directors of the company were also present.
