Secretary of Religious Affairs Ministry Md Anisur Rahman joined the Energy Division as its secretary on Sunday.
Earlier on December 30, the government transferred religious affairs secretary Md Anisur Rahman to the Energy Division as its Secretary.
The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard.
Anis is an officer of the 1985 batch of Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS). He joined the civil service on February 15, 1988.
Born in Shariatpur district in 1962, Md Anisur Rahman became secretary-in-charge of the religious affairs ministry on September 14, 2017.
