Anindita Bose who plays a crucial role in Birsa Dasgupta’s upcoming project Mafia is currently shooting at a tea estate in Gorumara in north Bengal with the entire team.
The shoot will stretch till the end of September and the versatile actress is thrilled to be a part of it. She is also working under the direction of Birsa Dasgupta after long time.
“I have worked with Birsada before, almost eight years back in this film called Jaani Dyakha Hawbe (2011). And now once again being able to collaborate with him for this project has been amazing. He is extremely chilled out and handles his actors very sensitively. When you know you’re working with a director who knows his craft you literally have nothing to worry about,” said a chilled out Anindita who is also in love with the beautiful locales of Gorumara.
The story revolves around six friends, in whose life the psychological game Mafia becomes a huge part.
Beside Anindita it also stars Ishaa Saha, Ridhima Ghosh, Anindita Bose, Madhurima Roy, Ankita Chakraborty and Namit Das.
