Anata Choudhury and FM Mohammad Fahad Rahman are maintaining their joint lead in the 34th National Sub-Junior (Under-16) Chess Championship after the 6th round games at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room on Thursday.
Anata and Fahad earned 5.5 points each from their 6th round games to maintain the joint lead.
In their 6th round games, Anata played draw against Fahad.
Earlier, Anata and Fahad shared the lead of the meet after their 5th round games securing 5 points each.
Meanwhile, four players shared 2nd slot bagging 5 points each after the six round games.
They are: Kingshuk Das, Subrota Biswas, Nayeem Haque and Akib Jawad.
