An Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreement was signed among NSPC of Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant, Bangladesh Army and Rashian PPS Company JCS Eleron though video conference at Multi-Purpose Hall Room of Dhaka Cantonment in the city on Friday.
