Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu left here this afternoon for Thailand to join the fifth Green Industry Conference to be held on October 3-5 in Bangkok.
Thai government, United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) will jointly organise the conference, said an official release on Tuesday.
Amu will attend the conference at the invitation of UNIDO Director General LI Yong.
