Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu today left here for India to join the “High Level Eighth Regional 3R Forum in Asia and the Pacific” to discuss on 3R strategy for environment protection.
The four-day forum will begin tomorrow at the Brilliant Convention Centre in Madhya Pradesh of India, said a press release.
Indian Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry, Japanese Environment Ministry and United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) are jointly organising the forum. Representatives from 41 countries will participate in the forum.
The minister is scheduled to return home on April 13.
