Speakers at an inauguration programme said that the digital Attendance Management System (AMS) would confirm the attendance of the government employees and officials in offices.
They said this while inaugurating a website and the A M S of Post, Telecommunications, Science and Technology (PTST) Affairs Audit Directorate in the city on Wednesday.
The website and the system are the last addition among the activities done by PTST Audit Directorate to speed up and modernise constitutional activities of Bangladesh Comptroller and Auditor General.
They said, if the AMS is implemented in all the government organisations, it will be an epoch-making step to ensure the attendance of the employees and officials.
Mohammad Delwar Hossain, Deputy Comptroller and Senior Auditor General was the chief guest at the programme while Mohammad Amir Khashru, Director General of Financial Management Academy was, among others, as the special guest.
