Known best as the biggest star of the Indian cinema, Amitabh Bachchan has been a busy man. The megastar has been currently shooting for his next Thugs of Hindostan in which he will be seen sharing the screen with Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif. Various pictures of Bachchan’s look from the sets of the film have already gone viral and to say the least, the megastar looks fierce as hell in his new avatar. Now after all the buzz that film created, there’s another great news for all his fans out there.
What comes as a new update here is that Senior Bachchan will soon begin shooting for Jhund soon after he wraps up shooting for Thugs of Hindostan. The film will be helmed by Nagraj Manjule and Big B will commence it post mid – February. Announcing the same on his popular blog, the actor wrote, “Most of the day is spent in getting the spine and shoulder to be somewhat functional so that when work starts tomorrow and it starts at night till morning on Thugs Of Hindostan. There is some mobility for me to be able to perform,” He further added, “So, this schedule lasts till mid-February and then on to the next film called ‘Jhund’ … in Hindi, which for those language challenged, means a bunch of people.
The people here are a bunch of slum kids who meet the guy who takes them from a life of misdeeds to one of responsible nature and character. A biography in a sense. It is the life of a living human who actually did this and it’s in Pune from. Yeah, as I said, mid-February,”
Thugs of Hindostan is the most anticipated release of this year. The film for the first time brings together Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan on the silver screen. Helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the film stars Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in pivotal roles. It’s is slated to hit the screens on November 7, 2018.
