Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved 32 percent cash dividend for shareholders for the year 2017-2018.
The approval came at the 33th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held in the capital on Tuesday, said a press release.
Managing Director Eleash Mridha, Director Sabiha Amjad, Independent Director M A Mannan, Director Uzma Chowdhury, Chief Financial Officer Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Marketing Director Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Company Secretary Muhammad Aminur Rahman and shareholders attended the AGM.
Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the Company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.
