Two motorcyclists were killed when an ambulance hit them in Muljan area of Dhaka-Aricha highway in Manikganj.
The accident took place around 8.45 am on Saturday. Ambulance driver Ronnie Mia was seriously injured in the accident.
Golra Highway Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Monirul Islam said the accident took place when a motorcycle and an ambulance collided head-on. Abdul Alim of Paturia village in Shibalaya upazila and Dipak Haldar of Shakrail village in the same upazila died on the spot.
