Ambassador of The Netherlands to Bangladesh Leoni Margaretha Cuelenaere speaking at the launching programme titled ‘Watershed-Empowering Citizen’ in the city on Wednesday. Additional Director General of Water Development Board Md Mahfuzur Rahman and Water Aid Bangladesh chapter head Dr Khairul Islam were present in the programme among others. With the financial help of Netherlands government, Water Air Bangladesh, DORP and Gender and Water Alliance will jointly implement the project.
