Aman Tex Limited (ATL) one of the fast growing Textile Company of the country, has decided to issue its share through Initial Public Offer (IPO) for business expansion.
In this connection, an agreement has signed between ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML) and Aman Tex Limited recently.
At that time Md Iftekhar-uz-zaman, Managing Director of ICB was present in the occasion.
High officials of both organizations including Md. Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director, Md. Shofiqul Islam, Director, Md. Toufiqul Islam, Director, Mukter Hossain Talukder FCA, Group CFO of ATL and Nasrin Sultana, CEO, Md. Mofizur Rahman, DCEO, Mujibur Rahman Khan, DCEO of ICML, were present in the signing ceremony.
