To pay tribute to founder-director general of Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (BITAC) Musharraf Uddin Bhuiyan, Sonarong Prokashoni, a book publication house, published a book titled Amader Priyo Manushti at a memorial meeting held at the Officers’ Club in the city’s Bailey Road area recently. Life-sketch and activities of late Musharraf Uddin Bhuiyan are described in the book.
Renowned atomic
scientist and educationist Prof Dr Shamsher Ali was
present as chief guest and unveiled cover of the book in the programme.
Former secretary and social activist Ataul Karim, publisher Kazi Hasan, Khondakar Mezbahuddin, wife of Musharraf Uddin Bhuiyan Zinat Ara Bhuiyan and two daughters – Mosharrat Khondaker and Mehreen Mahmud, among others, were present
on the occasion.
