National Film Award winner actor Shahiduzzaman Selim and Lux star Alvi worked together in several numbers of faction plays and drama serials.
Their acted a new serial is being aired in a satellite channel now. However, M Dulal is making a new serial titled Tout Plus to cast Selim and Alvi. Shooting of the serial began in the city’s Uttara area last Wednesday.
While talking about the serial actor Selim told this correspondent, “Tout Plus is a comedy serial which we can easily understand to hear its title. Story of this serial is based on some contemporary issues. Its script is nice. I know Alvi from her childhood. When I went to Kushtia to take part in shooting of Saidul Anam Tutul Bhai’s a play during that time Alvi was a student of Class VII. She is a daughter of Kushtia’s Bodhon Theatre’s Amirul Bhai. So she is known to me for a long time. Earlier we worked together in several numbers of good faction plays and serials. Our new work also became a good one and I am very much optimistic about it.”
Alvi shared her feelings by this way, “Selim Bhai is such a class actor by whom I can learn many things while acting with him. He likes me a lot. Our roles are very interesting in the serial. For this reason, we are enjoying a lot to work. In fact, viewers will get something new from us to watch this serial.”
Director informed that Selim and Alvi acted this new serial will be aired in any satellite channel soon. Now their acted a serial titled Rupali Prantor is being aired on ATN Bangla.
