Ingredients
½kg boiled potatoes (finely mashed)
50 gms grated coconut
50 gms coriander leaves (finely chopped)
½ tsp lemon juice
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Procedure:
Mix the grated coconut and finely chopped coriander and chilli. Add salt to taste and lemon juice.
Then Make dough out of the mashed potato after adding a pinch of salt according to the proportion. Make small balls of even size.
Now press the dough by placing in on the left palm and put some grated coconut and coriander mixture in the centre. Now conceal it and make a ball out of it again. Repeat the same for the remaining kachoris.
Heat some oil in a pan. One the oil is ready for fying, put the kachoris one by one. Fry until pale golden brown.
