Detained owner of a RMG factory named Enamul Hoque (39) allegedly involved in the financing to a militant group – Hamza Brigade was granted two- day remand for interrogation as prayed by RAB forces.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Mahmudul Hasan granted this remand yesterday. District PP of Chittagong Advocate Abul Hashem told that RAB prayed for 5 days remand before the court in a case of militancy in Hathazari thana police , after hearing the petition of RAB, court granted 2 days remand.
Court sources said , Enamul confessed about payment of money of business transactions not for any militancy activities. Enamul is the Director of Golden Touch Apparels who arrested fromTongi turag area on September 5 last.
This alleged allegations, three lawyers of supreme court of Bangladesh were detained from Dhaka including Barrister Shakika Farzan who is the daughter of former BNP Whip Syed Wahidul Alam, sources said.
