When he started acting in TV play his name was W Anwar. But when he started acting in big screen late Razzak gave his name Aliraz who acted in Razzak-directed movie Shot Bhai. Later he became popular actor and got the National Film Award. He impressed the film-lovers by virtue of his acting skill.
Following father’s steps Aliraz’s son Saran Raz also started acting. Aliraz wanted his son started his acting career through big screen but Saran wanted to develop his acting skill. For this reason, he acted in TV play. Saran-starrer episode of RTV’s drama serial titled Somoyer Golpo will be aired tonight. Directed by Topu Khan title of this episode is Otit Rojoni, which will be aired at 8:10pm on RTV.
Aliraz is excited to watch his son’s acting. While talking in this regard he said, “I wanted to see my son as hero on the screen. Saran wanted to develop his acting skill first. So, he acted in the small screen. As there is lack of acting training schools in our country. So, he will develop himself in this regard. I believe he will become a hero. I talked with director Topu Khan. He told me my son did well.”
Saran Raz shared his feelings by this way, “My father is my idol in acting. During childhood I was brought up to watch his acting. I did not have any experience in acting. For the first time, I acted under Topu Khan’s direction. Everybody is waiting to watch me on the screen tonight.”
Aliraz also informed that Saran has completed BBA from a private university. “Yesterday I was engaged with dubbing of Mostafizur Rahman Manik’s movie Swapney Dekha Rajkonnya,” he added.
