Focus Media Information Technology Co., Ltd. (002027.SZ) announced that the company’s board of directors had approved to sign a framework agreement with Alibaba to jointly explore digital marketing under new retail trend.
The two parties would carry out strategic cooperation in the fields of advertising system, facial recognition application and OTT smart TV advertisement worth no more than 5 billion yuan, according to the framework deal.
