President of the Alia University, Netherlands, Prof Syed Jan Ali called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice- Chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman on Thursday at the latter’s office of the university.Prof Dr Zeenat Ara Shirazi of Dhaka University’s Urdu Department was present on this occasion.
During the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programmes on natural medicines, including herbal and unani, by the Dhaka University and the Alia University.
