Mohammed Ali Mahbub, District Governor of Rotary International, died of cancer while receiving treatment at the Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok on Sunday.
His body was arrived at his Gulshan residence yesterday evening and his friends, relatives and well-wishers paid homage to the deceased and prayed for eternal peace of his soul.
His Namaj-e-Janaza of the deceased will be held at Azad Mosque, Gulshan, in Dhaka after Asr prayer.
He worked Philips Bangladesh and ICDDR,B and involved in various social works.
He left behind his wife, a son and three daughters.
His wife Gul-e- Afroze is also a well-established lady in society.
His son and daughters were also established in various fields.
