Last Monday National Film Award winner actor Alamgir has submitted his directed first movie Ekti Cinemar Golpo. Alamgir himself has made the film which story was also written by him. Besides him, Champa, Rituporna, Arifin Shuvo, Syed Hasan Imam, Sadeque Bachchu, Saberi Alam, Wahida Mollick Jolly, among others, acted in different roles in this movie. Touhid Hasan Chowdhury was in editing. By this movie legendary singer Runa Laila for the first time composed a play-back song which was rendered by Ankhi Alamgir.
After submission to Censor Board director Alamgir told this correspondent, “I have made the movie emotionally. Viewers will give their judgment after watching. I am very much optimistic about the movie but yet confirmed its releasing date. I am expecting to release it on Pahela Boishakh. Everybody performed well specially Rituporna acted with maturity.”
It is mentioned that in 1986, Alamgir started his career as director by making movie Nishpap.
