Alamgir Kabir, Chairman of Southeast Bank Limited, presiding over its 23rd AGM at a club in the city on Saturday. The AGM declares 15 percent stock dividend for the year 2017. M Kamal Hossain, Managing Director, Directors and a large number of shareholders of the bank were also present.
