Alam Ara Minu is the country’s one of the noted singers who impressed the listeners to render patriotic songs for several times. Specially her rendered song Je matir buke ghumiye achhe lokkho mukti sena brought her into limelight among the music-lovers. Though this song was first rendered by Syed Abdul Hadi but it got popularity in voice of Alam Ara Minu. Nasima Khan wrote lyrics of this song while Selim Ashraf composed its music. However, Minu also rendered many patriotic songs. She last lent her voice in a patriotic song eight years ago. Molla Jalal wrote lyrics of the song while Selim Ashraf also composed its music.
After a break of eight years, Minu again lent her voice for a patriotic song titled Ghore on the occasion of 50 years of the independence of Bangladesh. Sheikh Nazrul wrote lyrics of the song. Fidel Naim composed tune of the song while Wahed Shahin arranged its music. The song has already released in a YouTube channel. Minu is getting positive response for the song. While sharing her feelings in this Alam Ara Minu said, “Tune of the song is melodious and lyrics are so simple. I became emotional while rendering the song. Wahed has mastered the song nicely. Al Amin has made its music video properly. I am really satisfied with the song. In same YouTube channel, my two more new songs will be released soon. I am very much fond of Sheikh Nazrul Bhai’s poems.”
