AL struggle to continue till anarchists sent on exile

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s political adviser HT Imam on Sunday said the struggle of Awami League would continue till all the anarchists are sent on exile.
“Those who had swooped on the people of Bangladesh in 1971 during its Liberation War also swooped on the pro-liberation forces after 1975. And they didn’t stop attacking people. The struggle of Awami League to keep people on track will continue till all the anarchists are sent on exile,” he said.
HT Imam, also the chairman of publicity and publication sub-committee of Bangladesh Awami League, said this while addressing a programme marking the launch of a photo album titled ‘Arson Vengeance of BNP-Jamaat: 100 Days of Barbarism’ held at AL president’s Dhanmondi political office.
The album documented the evidence of atrocity and savage of BNP-Jamaat (January 5, 2015 to 14 April 2015) taking references from national dailies, news agencies, online news media and electronic media.
HT Imam went on saying, “Awami League was never silent. When they (BNP-Jamaat) carried out attack on people, Awami League protested and resisted the attacks. And Awami League defeated them (BNP-Jamaat) taking people with them as people are AL’s main strengthen.”
Awami League publicity and publishing secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud said the way BNP-Jamaat carried out anarchy across the country before 2013 election, the same way they unleashed anarchy in January 2015.
Awami League deputy publicity and publication secretary Ahsim Kumar Ukil and central working committee member Sujit Roy Nandi were, among others, were present at the programme.
