The audiovisual message from the Al-Qaeda chief Ayman Al-Zawahiri was released from the United States of America.
Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) made the disclosure on Monday, according to online-based news portal Bangla News.
The BTRC has already closed the website named jihadology.net which the message was released.
