Local Awami League leader, freedom fighter and senior advocate in Kishoreganj Judge Court Md.Mofizuddin died at BIRDEM Hospital in the Capital on Wednesday midnight.
He was 71.
He left behind his wife, two sons and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
His namaz -e-janaza was held at Shahidee mosque in Kishoreganj town on Thursday after Johar Prayers.and later he was laid to rest at his family graveyard.
Rejowan Ahmed Tofiq MP, Zila Parishad Chairman Advocate Zillur Rahman, Mayor Pervez Miah,Bar Association President &PP Advocate Shah Azizul Haque expressed sorrow at the death of senior advocate Md. Mofizuddin.
