Awami League Joint General Secretary Jahangir Kabir Nanok on Saturday called upon the party leaders and activists to resist conspiracy against sovereignty and independence of the country.
“We have to work relentlessly to take ahead the country under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina thwarting all sorts of conspiracies against the development activities,” he told a discussion at Lalmatia Housing Society School and College here.
President of the college governing body Habibur Rahman Siraj chaired the function while noted Rabindra Sangeet singer Rezwana Chowdhury Banya and College Principal Md Akmal Hossain spoke on the occasion.
Nanak said the incumbent government has achieved a remarkable progress in the field of education because of different far-sighted initiatives.
