Valiant Freedom Fighter and former Information and Research Affairs Secretary of Awami League of Chattogram city unit Shafiqul Hasan passed away on Thursday morning. He was 65.
Shafiqul Hasan left behind his wife, two children and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Thursday expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Shafiqul Hasan.
In a condolence message, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
