UNB, Jhenaidah :
At least 10 people were injured on Tuesday in a factional clash between two groups of ruling Awami League men over establishing supremacy in Ibrahimpur area of Sailakupa in the district.
Officer-in-Charge of Sailakupa Police Station Alamgir Hossain said the clash occurred around 9 am between the supporters of Umedpur UP chairman and AL president Sabdar Hossain Molla and Union Shechasebak League president Mizanur Rahman that left 10 people injured.
Police later controlled the situation and held three people from the spot, he said.
The injured are admitted to Sadar Hospital and local Health Complexes.
