Al Hazen is a successful play director of present time. The actors who work under his direction obviously become fan of him and also his unit. Noted director Kaiser Ahmed is mentor of Al Hazen. Under his assistant Hazen worked for 12 years. Under his assistance in 2004 Hazen first made a faction play Mamar Biye where Abul Hayat acted in lead role.
From 2008 he started to give direction in full swing. On that year he came into limelight to make the serial Dosh Hazar Ek Taka. Five months ago, his directed popular serial Alaspur came into end.
