Staff Reporter:Awami League’s new central full committee may be announced on Tuesday, party’s General Secretary Obaidul Quader said it on Sunday.
“The AL presidium members will sit on Tuesday. The announcement of the full committee may come after the meeting,” Quader also the Road Transport and Bridges Minister said it while talking with a group of journalists at his office at the ministry in the capital.
The AL council on the final day of the two-day council elected 42 office-bearers in the 81-member central working committee, the party’s highest decision-making body.
Obaidul Quader said that some new faces might be included in the central committee.
“Some changes will be made in several posts in the central committee to bring speed in the party,” he said.
