There’s no doubt that Akshay Kumar owned 2019 with four releases- Kesari, Mission Mangal, Housefull 4 and the upcoming Good Newwz and it seems 2020 will also continue with the same trend.
While he already has Sooryavanshi, Laxmmi Bomb and Bachchan Panday lined up, Akshay Kumar has also been making headlines for his role in Prithviraj, where he plays the heroic and fearless King. He had announced his association with director Chandraprakash Dwivedi back in September and people have been eagerly waiting for the project to go on floors ever since.
Right from the time of announcement, speculations have been rife regarding who will play the leading lady in this film opposite Akshay. But now, all the rumours have been put to rest since it’s confirmed that Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar will be making her debut with this film.
She will be seen playing the role of the princess, Sanyogita in the film and both Manushi and Akshay took to their social media to share a picture from the muhurat pooja of their film, Prithviraj.
