Parents found their lost daughter Aklima (Ankhi Noor), now 31, who went missing 25 years ago thanks to the social media Facebook. Aklima’s father Manik Mia’s family recently had an interview with Ankhi Noor on social media via a program o f RJ Kibria’s FM radio presentation.
Manik Mia is a resident of Maizbari village in Langair union of Gafargaon upazila of Mymensingh. He has two sons and two daughters. Ankhi Nur is now the wife of Masum Mollah of Ashulia area. Ankhi Nur was living there with her husband.
Now she is the mother of one son and one daughter. Manik Mia is now with her daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren from Ashulia along with her daughter’s husband Masum Mollah at her village home in Maizbari of Langair Union in Gafargaon Upazila. Father Manik Mia (60) said that he took his daughter Aklima (Ankhi Noor) to Dhaka in 1997. At that time Aklima (Ankhi Noor) was 6 years old.
