Akkas Uddin Mollah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, presiding over its 17th AGM at a convention centre in the city on Sunday. The AGM approved 10 percent stock dividend for the shareholders for the year 2017. Farman R Chowdhury, Managing Director, Mohammed Golam Quddus, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Directors and a good number of shareholders of the bank among others were present.
