American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) is organising the AIUB Premier League (APL) T20 Cricket Tournament 2014 from March 27, 2014 to April 09, 2014 at the Gulshan Youth Club Ground.
Vice Chancellor of AIUB Dr Carmen Z Lamagna inaugurated the tournament while its Director (Accounts) Khandaker Sabbir Md. Kabir, Director (Public Relations, Legal & Int’l Affairs) Md. Lutfar Rahman, Manzur H. Khan, Director (Office of Student Affairs), A. K. Nazmul Director (BBA Program) and Coordinator (Office of Sports) and other Officials were also present at the Inaugurated ceremony besides university students.
A total of 12 teams from all the different departments of AIUB are taking part in the tournament. In the opening match, CS Challengers defeated BBA Burners team by 4 runs.
