Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Muhammad Enamul Bari returned on Tuesday from USA after taking part in “Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium (PACS)” there. During his visit, Chief of Air Staff took part in various briefing and conference and visited Pacific Air Force Headquarters at Pearl-Harbor, Air Force Bases Davis-Monthan, Joint Base Andrews, Eglin, Peterson and different military installations including US Air Force Academy, an ISPR press release said here.
While visiting those installations, he observed different training, operational and maintenance activities of USAF. During his stay, he visited Air Force Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery and paid homage. Besides, he exchanged views with senior military officials of USA on bilateral issues, it said.
It is expected that the visit of Chief of Air Staff will play an important role for strengthening the existing friendly relationship between Armed Forces of two countries as well as with the Air Forces of other participating countries.
The visit will also play an important role to introduce different development plan in Bangladesh Air Force in future.
