Air Chief leaves for UK

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat left Dhaka on Tuesday for the United Kingdom on an official visit at the invitation of Chief of the Air Staff, Royal Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Hillier.
During the visit, the Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air force will attend a two-day long “The Chief of the Air Staff’s Air and Space Power Conference” to be held in the UK, said an ISPR press release. The main theme of the conference is ‘Multi-Domain Operations for the Next Generation Air Force’.
The Air Chief is accompanied by his spouse and an entourage, said the ISPR press release.
It is expected that the experience gained through the conference will help to form a time-befitting Air Force and accelerate BAF to attain Forces Goal 2030.
Besides, Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air force will make a courtesy call on President of Marshal Aerospace and Defence Group Sir Michael Marshall and CEO Alistair McPhee.
This visit by Chief of Air Staff will certainly play an important role in strengthening the existing relationship between the United Kingdom and Bangladesh.
