Air Chief leaves for UAE

Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat left Dhaka on Friday for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a four day official visit.
He was accompanied by his spouse and a two-member entourage during his visit at the invitation of the Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense, the UAE, said a press release of ISPR.
During the visit, Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force will participate in Dubai International Air Force Commanders Conference and Dubai Air Show 2019.
The main objective of Dubai International Air Force Commanders Conference is “Building a more Agile and Adaptive Fighting Force: Balancing the Hi and Low-Tech Solution”.
The visit of the Chief of Air Staff is expected to help accelerate the process of inducting modern arms, ammunitions and technology in BAF, the press release added.
This visit will also play an important role in strengthening the existing relationship between Air Forces of Bangladesh and the United Arab Emirates, it added.
