The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited was held on Thursday virtually by using digital platform. The virtual meeting was presided over Board of Directors Chairman Abdus Samad Labu. The meeting approved 13 per cent Cash Dividend for the shareholder as well as Financial Statements of the bank for the year ended on 31st December 2019, said a press release.
Vice Chairman of the Board Md. Abdus Salam, Members Hafez Md. Enayetullah, Salim Rahman, Md Liakat Ali Chowdhury, Md. Amir Uddin PPM, Abdul Malek Mollah, Md. Harun-Ar-Rashid Khan, Md. Anowar Hossain, Badiur Rahman, Engr. Kh. Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, Ahamedul Hoque, Abu Naser Mohammad Yeahea, Niaz Ahmed, Mohammed Emadur Rahman, Md. Rafiqul Islam, M. Kamaluddin Chowdhury, Mahbubul Alam, Managing Director and CEO Farman R Chowdhury and large number of shareholders were present in the virtual meeting. Senior Executive Vice President and Company Secretary Md. Mahmudur Rahman proposed the agenda in the meeting.
