Agrani Bank Ltd actively participated in the 5-day long “SME Banking Match-Making Fair” arranged in the 9th International Women’s SME Expo Bangladesh-2015 at Chittagong .
With a view of intensifying the SME loan programs, Agrani Bank opened a SME stall in the Expo-2015 on November 10 last .
In the opening session of the stall, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Chittagong Mizanur Rahman Joddar was present as chief guest and the General Manager of Agrani Bank , Chittagong Circle Md. Showkat Islam was present as special guest.
On behalf of the Agrani Bank,Hathazari Branch , a loan cheque for Tk. One lakh instantly handed over to a SME consumer Narayan Dutta by the Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Chittagong.
Among others , President of Chittagong Women Chamber of Commerce &Industry Ms. Kamrun Malek, Head of Agrani Bank, North circle Mr. Ajoy Kumar Poddar, heads of other circles, branch managers and senior officials of the bank were present on the occasion, a sources of Agrani Bank said.
