The 16th Annual General Meeting of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) was held at International Convention City, Bashundhara in the city on Monday. The AGM approves 25percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2014, says a press release.
Abdallah Massad, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting while a large number of shareholders were present at the meeting.
All directors and high officials of the company were present and Muhammad Shahidul Islam, FCS, Company Secretary conducted the meeting.
