The 30th Annual General Meeting of HR Textile Mills Limited was held at Spectra Convention Centre Limited, Gulshan-1 in the city on Tuesday.
Chairman of the company Prof Mohammad Abdul Momen presided over the meeting.
The AGM approves 12.50percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended 30th September 2014.
Director Dr Muhammad AbdulMoyeen and Independent Directors Prof Mushtaque Ahmed. Mohammad Kabiruzzaman and Company Secretary Md wali Ullah were present.
