Economic Reporter :The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Dulamia Cotton Spinning Mills Limited held on Tuesday at Sundarban Hotel in the city.The Chairman of the Company A. K. M. Rafiqul Islam presided over the meeting. The meeting was well attended by a good number of Shareholders. Considering the financial losses for the year 2014-2015 and also the current condition of the Business, the company declared “No Dividend” for 2014-2015.The Shareholders of the company approved all agenda of the meeting accordingly.Directors Dr. Abdur Razzak, A.K.D. Deen Mohammad Khan, Brig. Gen. (Retd.) A.M.M. Wazed Thakur, Mahbub Anam, Abdur Rob, Shahinul Bari Chowdhury, Md. Nazrul Islam Khan, Md. Zahirul Alam and the Company Secretary Abdus Salam were also present on the occasion.
