The Twentieth Annual General Meeting of Anlima Yarn Dyeing Limited was held on Sunday at the factory premises at Karnapara, Savar, says a press release.
A large number of shareholders attended the meeting. The Chairperson of the Company Hubbun Nahar Hoque presided over the meeting and Mahmudul Hoque, Managing Director briefed the shareholders about performance of the Company for the year 2014-15.
The Company has completed eighteenth year of its commercial operation. The Chairman informed the shareholders that in view of slow global economic recovery the company’s export orders were much less than expectation.
In accordance with the company’s financial performance the management has declared 10 percent cash dividend. The shareholders appreciated the efforts of the management and thanked them for rendering their valuable services. The meeting also adopted the Accounts and Directors report and appointed auditor for the year 2015-16.
