In every Eid, director Arif Khan gives something new to the viewers. For the last 12 years he has been trying to do it. As a part of its continuation, he has made a telefilm for coming Eid-ul-Azha.
For the first time popular actor, director and advertisement-maker Afzal Hossain, film actress Purnima and actor cum director Mahfuz Ahmed performed together in a telefilm titled Aamar Bela Je Jai under Arif Khan’s direction.
Mr Haider’s younger sister is Mira. But Mr Haider couldn’t realise how Mira tied the nuptial knot with a foolish typed person like Juboraj. As a result, he always keeps safe place from Juboraj.
Once Mira and Juboraj came to Mr Haider’s residence. Both Mr Haider and Juboraj do not like each other. In the meantime, Runa named another person also came to Mr Haider’s residence. How he would tackle Juboraj and Runa it will be watched in the telefilm Aamar Bela Je Jai. Badrul Anam Soud has written story of the telefilm. Shooting of the telefilm began in the city’s Uttara area’s a residence from August 22.
While talking about his performance in the telefilm Mahfuz Ahmed told this correspondent, “Afzal Bhai is my idol in acting. From the beginning of my acting career he has been giving me inspiration. From many days I have no discussion or gossip with him. While working in Arif Khan’s telefilm I got the opportunity. I have really enjoyed working in the telefilm. I believe viewers will get something new to watch the telefilm during Eid festival.”
Purnima shared her feelings by this way, “Basically story of the telefilm showed me interest to act. Therefore, when I was informed that Afzal Bhai, Suborna Apa and Mahfuz Bhai have been acting in the telefilm I became excited to work with them. It is really a delightful matter to return to small screen by this type of telefilm after a long time break.”
The telefilm Aamar Bela Je Jai has been made to telecast on NTV in Eid-ul-Azha.
There are several special things of this telefilm. These are: after a break of three years Purnima has returned to acting to work against Mahfuz and viewers will watch Afzal and Suborna as a pair in any telefilm for first time.
