After reclaiming the Water Supply and Sewerage Authority’s grabbed Dholaipar canal filled with waste, the Water Development Board is reexcavating it on Sunday. The condition of the Dholaipar canal in Jatrabari turned worse because of encroachment on different points and waste-dumping by the local people.
