Professor Anu Muhammad, Member-Secretary of National Committee to Protect Oil, Gas, Mineral Resources Power and Ports on Sunday said that not only officials were involved with coal scam; advisers, minister and MPs were also involved.
He demanded interrogation of all of them for the sake of justice.
On Sunday, addressing a rally organized by the National Committee on the occasion of ‘Phulbari Tragedy Day’, Anu Muhammad called for punishing the guilty.
He said that the interrogation is continuing to hide the fact of the coal scam.
He said if the government failed to find out real culprit, then through mass movement people will catch them. He said energy and power sectors are vulnerable to plunderers.
Anu Muhammad said, the government is patronizing the commissions by withdrawing money from the bank for handing it over to foreigners.
